The best way to cook guinea is roasting. I did the last one in the CrockPot on low for about 10 hours. It was delicious. I took off the meat (light and dark) and made 'chicken' salad with it. It's great.

I have snakes getting in my coop, too, but I know just where they are getting in. I'd rather patch holes a million times before getting more guineas! I need to get out to my coop and fill in the holes with expandable foam. You can't use it where the chickens can reach, but it's ok to use way up high.
